Why I Became a Stella & Dot Stylist

I am so excited to share all of this!  If you're a regular (and if you're not, you should be!) you know that I've been contemplating going part-time with something and staying home with me kids more.  Or, maybe, not so much contemplating, but
wishing,
hoping and
praying that a solution would inspire me.

I love this blog.  And I love my Etsy shop.  But those don't exactly get me out of the house, which is what I would need if I were going to "stay home."  The promise of showering only for story time at the library wasn't enough for me.

Stella & Dot is an amazing opportunity for women like me who want to be home and want to be able to provide some income for their family.  And, it gets me clean, pretty and out of the house.  And I mean - hello - how stinkin' cute is their stuff!  No way I could make all of that, so I needed to find an affordable place to get it.  Or on the other side of the coin, it's simple enough that a person could host a few shows a month, bring in their bag once in a while to the office and have a good profit (read: wine money) to show for it!

I'm not trying to make the hard sell to you and say that you need to run out, quit your job, and jump head first into this.  In fact, most of women in this gig have a full-time, 9-5 job and do this as either a supplement or fun money.  I will say that it's very empowering to know that it's there, just waiting for you, and it's so simple to do.  A few emails and phone calls in my first day as a stylist and I already had 3 people ready to share style and fashion with their friends.

If you're interested in learning more, shoot me a comment or email.  I'm more than happy to talk with you about how I came to the decision and why I know you'll love it as much as I do!  And if you're questioning how things would work with distance and time, I know that you may not even live in Minnesota, don't worry!  Many leaders have stylists across the country, and they business is doing beautifully!

And,
because I think there stuff is so cute, I thought I'd throw in a few more photos for you to drool over!
