Spicy Olives

I realize that not every loves olives as much as I do.  When I was a kid, I'd eat green olives straight out of the jar (with a fork of course, I'm not a savage.)

This foil pack (number 6 in case you're keeping track on the list) is perfect to set out at your next party - if your guests are cool enough to like olives like me.  Super simple, and I venture to guess that these would be a delightful twist even without the heat from the grill

Simply take a bunch of your favorite olives,  1/2 tsp red pepper flake (more or less to taste) and a chopped garlic clove.  Toss, wrap in foil and grill over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.

When I do this next time, I may add a splash of olive oil (because my olives were just in juice, not oil) and watch the timing so they don't wrinkle quite as much.  The taste was just delightful, but the presentation left a little to be desired.
